The second floor includes six bedrooms, three bathrooms and an office. A guest mooring in Ames Cove of Gilkey Harbor on the western side of the island is available for use by tenant. The cottage underwent a substantial exterior renovation and was completely refurnished in 2009, including new mattresses and new linens throughout.
